Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients with mental health issues, developing and implementing individualized care plans to address their unique needs.
- Collaborate with medical providers and mental health staff to design and deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Administer and monitor the effectiveness of psychotropic medications, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their mental health and make informed decisions about their care.
- Exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being above all else.
- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS Certifications
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Psychiatric setting
- Other requirements as determined by our client facility
