We are seeking a qualified Interventional Pain Management Specialist to join a well-established practice in the field of pain management.
Clinical Responsibilities:
This role involves:
- Providing comprehensive care to patients with pain management needs.
- Engaging in clinical duties from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Managing a patient load of approximately 20-35 individuals daily, with a variable number of procedures ranging from 8 to 14.
- Participating in shared call coverage with fellow physicians.
- Performing essential procedures including:
- Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI)
- Facet Injections
- Nerve Blocks
- Radiofrequency Ablations
- Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) placements
Practice Environment:
The practice is focused on both commercial and government patients, utilizing a modern office procedure suite and nearby facilities for cases.
Compensation and Benefits:
The organization offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A guaranteed salary range of $400,000 to $450,000 based on market conditions for the first 1-2 years.
- A commission structure of 30% on personally performed net collections.
