Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the ICU or PCU setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness and safety, incorporating evidence-based practice into daily care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new team members and contributing to a positive learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and innovations in critical care, contributing to a fast-paced and innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based care models, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
