Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our dynamic leadership team at Conway Behavioral Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising clinical services and the delivery of behavioral health/clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee program operations, including budget management, developing marketing and strategic plans, and making independent decisions for programs requiring clinical expertise.
- Develop, plan, and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment.
- Provide direction and oversight to staff members, ensuring effective and efficient department operation.
- Serve as a member of the facility leadership team, providing clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, and care coordination.
- Responsible for a limited caseload as needed, ensuring that services are focused on patients' presenting treatment needs and requests for service.
- Direct crisis intervention efforts and intervene as required, providing staff management, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication.
- Review caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services, providing onsite coverage for other programs when needed.
- Develop and implement operating policies and procedures for the facility, ensuring procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives, treatment protocols, regulations, and standards of care.
- Ensure operations conform to established environmental, safety, and infection control requirements, demonstrating a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health degree.
- Four or more years' experience working with the population of the facility required.
- Two or more years of previous supervisory experience required.
- LMFT or LPC or LMSW, or LCSW required.
