We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Granite Summit. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and repair of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, fixing toilets, carpentry, landscaping, and working with power tools.
- Assist with snow removal, weed abatement, and landscaping as needed.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, and assist with mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
- Perform patch painting, changing out lights, locks, basic plumbing, tiling, and drywall.
- Clean up job sites and equipment, and clear drains using a plunger and hand-held auger.
- Change light bulbs and HVAC filters, and ensure on-site and off-site housing service requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Experience in a trade and general maintenance.
- Ability to be self-motivated and solution-oriented, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs, walk up three flights of stairs, bend, kneel, stoop, squat, and work outdoors in inclement weather.
- $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
