Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehabilitation Services, LLC. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients, focusing on measurable outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Supervise aides and ensure proper setup and cleanup of modalities for non-Medicare and non-BCBSM patients
  • Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals as needed
  • Address pain management as a crucial component of care, utilizing techniques to reduce pain and increase function
  • Determine when to discharge patients, teaching them proper mechanics, ergonomics, and strategies to reduce future incidents
  • Write timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
  • Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, with expectations of 55-60 treatments plus evaluations per week for a full-time Physical Therapist
  • Participate in research studies and help develop protocols for common diagnoses
  • Contribute to policy development and strategy to ensure high-quality care across all Team Rehabilitation clinics
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Continuously develop skills by staying updated in the latest research and techniques, attending company in-house CEUs and utilizing continuing education allowances
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapy License
