Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Business Management Goals and Objectives: The Senior Operations Director will work closely with our leadership team to develop business management goals and objectives that align with our company's vision and mission.
  2. Drive Productivity and Efficiency: They will lead the work and direction of their team to drive productivity and efficiency, and ensure that our operations are running smoothly and effectively.
  3. Implement Business Plans and Best Practices: The Senior Operations Director will devise and implement business plans and best practices to promote the attainment of our goals and objectives.
  4. Oversee Fiscal Health and Growth: They will oversee the fiscal health and growth of the management location, ensuring that our financial performance is strong and sustainable.
  5. Evaluate and Supervise Employee Performance: The Senior Operations Director will evaluate and supervise employee performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to help our team members reach their full potential.
  6. Staff and Train New Team Members: They will be responsible for staffing and training new team members, ensuring that our team has the skills and expertise needed to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  7. Drive Growth of the Location: The Senior Operations Director will drive the growth of the location by providing exceptional care to referral sources and patients alike, and by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  8. Manage Inventory and Procurement: They will manage inventory and procurement of necessary equipment, ensuring that our operations are well-equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
  9. Understand and Promote Products and Services: The Senior Operations Director will understand and promote the products and services offered by our company, ensuring that our patients and referral sources are aware of the benefits and value of our offerings.
  10. Drive Compliance with Employee Safety Program: They will drive the organization's strict adherence to an employee safety and compliance program, ensuring that our team members are safe and healthy while working.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Travel Requirements: The Senior Operations Director will be required to travel throughout their local territory, visiting our locations and meeting with our team members.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as intuitive human relations and motivational skills.
  3. Computer and Technological Literacy: The ideal candidate will have computer and technological literacy, and be able to use our systems and software to manage our operations and deliver patient care.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
