Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for the radiology department.
  • Direct and supervise staff, including radiologic technologists, radiologists, and other support personnel.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of equipment and personnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and departmental productivity.
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiology, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Current Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related health profession, such as radiologic technology or healthcare administration.
