Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Starbucks team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service and ensuring that every guest leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the Starbucks area, by adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, beverage preparation, and food safety.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of customers and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
