As a Clinical Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide direct patient care as defined in the state Nurse Practice Act. You will implement plans of care initiated by registered nurses, provide accurate and timely documentation, and participate in the coordination of home health services.
You will also assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education regarding self-care techniques and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care. You will use and/or prepare equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently, adhering to aseptic technique.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
- Three (3) years nursing experience, with community/home health or medical/surgical experience preferred
- Currently licensed as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the state
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance
