Role Description

As a Surgical Technologist, you will be integral to the surgical team, assisting in various capacities before, during, and after surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing the operating room, organizing surgical instruments and equipment, supporting nurses and surgeons during preparations, ensuring sterile environments, and assisting throughout the surgical process. Additionally, you will be tasked with cleaning the operating room post-surgery and facilitating patient transport. Your contributions will be vital in promoting health, providing emotional support, and educating patients and their families.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in an acute surgical setting
  • National Certification in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Trauma experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous travel experience is advantageous but not required
