Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Blain\u0027s Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our cash handling processes.

• Reconcile cash register receipts and prepare bank transactions
• Monitor, correct, and submit payroll information
• Perform all duties of a Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk
• Transport reserve money to and from the bank
• Reconcile reserve money
• Order and maintain store office supplies
• Balance DNR receipts
• Complete and file required paperwork
• Manage Gift Registry and assist customers
• Help in other departments as assigned
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures

• Great communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check
