Job Overview:

This part-time Coach/Mentor position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop personalized support plans and provide coaching and mentorship to clients in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized support plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to clients in areas such as time management, goal setting, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching and mentoring skills.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field desired but not necessary.
• 1+ year of experience in a related field, such as caregiving, teaching, or coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

Benefits:
