Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Erickson Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the mechanical-related systems area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the engineering staff in the safe and efficient operation of the Central Plant and Energy Management Systems.
• Responsible for the preventative maintenance and major maintenance of Central Plant Machinery.
• Supervise and train the HVAC mechanics to do preventative maintenance, major maintenance, and emergency calls on all HVAC equipment campus-wide.
• Formulate a "sequence of operations" to best utilize the central plant machinery.
• Maintain proper and adequate inventory of spare parts.

Requirements:

• Stationary Engineer license preferred.
• 5+ years experience in operation and supervision of multi-boiler and multi-chiller installations.
• Knowledge of computerized energy management systems.
