Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Lot Attendant to join our team at Asbury Automotive Group. As a Service Lot Attendant, you will be the initial contact for arriving service customers, greeting them in a timely and friendly manner, and checking them in for their appointment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, obtaining vehicle information when possible.
  • Assist the Service Advisor in helping customers while maintaining organization in the service drive.
  • Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop in a safe and secure manner.
  • Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures.
  • Actively promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealership.
  • Follow dealership-specific procedures for active vehicle delivery, resulting in return visits and high customer satisfaction.
  • Readily assist fellow dealership personnel in completing work necessary to ensure full functioning of the dealership.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly preferred.
