Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Summary:

As a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients with a range of health issues, from simple to complex. You will assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients and document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care in a hospital setting to patients with a range of health issues.
  • Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients.
  • Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments.
  • Assist physicians in the examination of patients and in performing minor diagnostic procedures and treatment.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products.
  • Deliver patient care competently and interact with family and patients to share care plans while in the hospital and upon discharge.
  • Inform patients and families of hospital procedures and make referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel.
  • Delegate tasks to support staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in cardiac care.
  • Current RN License (state-specific or multistate compact RN License).
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships and good verbal and written communication skills.
