Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business and production design teams to develop manufacturing processes for new products.
  • Manage multi-shift production operations to meet daily schedules and improve process efficiency.
  • Work with managers and supervisors to enhance Surface Mount Technology and Box Build Departments.
  • Develop cost-effective processes for new products in collaboration with equipment designers and manufacturing teams.
  • Set detailed specifications and implement production plans to ensure successful production processes.
  • Conduct system tests to verify efficiency, accuracy, and production process success.
  • Oversee process design and project timelines to maintain financial budgets and improve manufacturing productivity.
  • Research and purchase new manufacturing technology to implement and transition successfully.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience working in an electronic manufacturing facility.
