About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Prometheus Real Estate Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and preservation of our properties, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Daily Operations: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including apartment turnovers, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, and scheduling outside vendors.
  • Leadership and Support: Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three certificates from related institutions reflecting completion of maintenance-related courses.
  • Availability: Must be available for on-call services.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of three to four years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance, with a minimum of one year's supervisory experience if applicable.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak, communicate, read, write, and understand the primary languages used in the workplace, including English.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools.
  • Physical Demands: Requires standing, climbing, balancing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, and visual acuity, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

  • Competitive Pay: $32.25 to $36.00 per hour, with discretionary semi-annual bonus plans and standby pay and on-call premium pay.
