Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Progressive Behavior Interventions. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA home therapy sessions to children with autism, working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans and provide behavior therapy to clients
  • Report progress to BCBA and parents
  • Provide verbal and hand-over-hand prompts as needed
  • Accurately take data on client responses using a data-taking platform
  • Write short session notes for each session

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience working with children with autism in home/school and community settings
  • Availability to work after 3 PM on weekdays
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Speaking Chinese Mandarin is preferred but not required
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license is preferred

Locations:

Home cases are available in Bayside, Whitestone, Flushing, Little Neck, and Great Neck.
