Sphere Mechanical Corp. is a leading HVAC mechanical contractor seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee our team in Salt Lake City, Utah at Hill Air Force Base.

This is an opportunity to supervise a team of Installers, ensuring seamless operations by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and prioritizing safety and productivity. You will utilize blueprints, specifications, and drawings to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of new units and replacement parts, guaranteeing compliance with company, product, or engineering specifications.
  • Conduct quality testing and inspections to ensure adherence to established safety guidelines.
  • Authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases as needed.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient knowledge of sheet metal work, brazing, refrigerant line sets, etc.
  • Four years of Journeyman experience and three to five years of experience as a Foreman are essential.
  • Thorough knowledge of functional areas under supervision and ability to successfully pass a federal background check are also necessary.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45 per hour.
