As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will assist patients with daily activities, provide basic nursing care, and support the healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff.
  • Support mobility and transfers, including repositioning to prevent bedsores.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
  • Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  • Travel to different healthcare facilities as per assignment requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-care skills.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments and relocate as needed.
