Travel Radiologic Technologist in Ishpeming, MI

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Ishpeming, MI. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients in various settings, including Inpatient, Outpatient, and Post-Acute care.
Job Duration: 13 weeksThis is a 13-week contract assignment, offering a unique opportunity to work in a Joint Commission Accredited Critical Access Hospital. You will be part of a team that includes Physician staffed Emergency Services available 24/7.
Shift: 15:30-23:30The shift for this position is 15:30-23:30, providing a stable and predictable schedule. You will be working with a diverse patient population, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
Guaranteed Hours: Weekly hours as scheduledAs a Radiologic Technologist, you will be guaranteed a certain number of hours per week, ensuring a stable income. You will be working with advanced imaging technology, including a 64-slice CT scanner and large bore MRI.
Experience: 1-2 yearsWe are looking for a Radiologic Technologist with 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting. You will be working with a team of professionals, including Physicians, Nurses, and other Technologists.
License: AART (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)A valid AART license is required for this position. You will be working in a facility that is accredited by the Joint Commission, ensuring a high level of quality care.
Certifications: AARTIn addition to your AART license, you will need to have current certifications in AART. You will be working with a variety of patients, including those with complex medical conditions.
Must-Have: CT Experience RequiredThis position requires experience with CT technology. You will be working with a team of professionals, including Physicians and other Technologists, to provide high-quality imaging services.
Job Description:- Work in a Joint Commission Accredited Critical Access Hospital providing health and wellness services.
- Provide comprehensive care in Inpatient, Outpatient, and Post-Acute settings.
- Be part of a team that includes Physician staffed Emergency Services available 24/7.
- Engage in Family Birthing Services and Express Care walk-in clinic.
- Utilize advanced imaging technology including a 64-slice CT scanner and large bore MRI.
- Perform Women's Imaging services including 3D mammography.
- Participate in Outpatient Rehabilitation and Inpatient Swing Bed care.
- Utilize Sleep Center/Diagnostics, Occupational Medicine, ENT, Orthopedics, Family Medicine, Pain Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women's Health.
- Assist in Surgical Services across various specialties including General, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Plastics/Hand, GYN, ENT, Urology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, Dental, Vascular, and Pain.
- Operate within verified Chest Pain and Accredited Sleep Medicine Centers.
- Work with Electronic Health Records systems: Meditech and Merge.
- Cater to a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric.
