Job Title: Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Hunting Creek Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, and providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash dishes at a fast pace and maintain a clean and organized dish room
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing utensils and cooking equipment
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of all food served
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
