Join CyberCoders, a leading recruitment agency, in a dynamic role as an Insurance Sales Agent. We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Commercial team in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lines products, including transportation, group benefits, and other lines.
- Design and implement sales strategies to drive new business and retain existing clients.
- Cross-sell corporate clients property & casualty, personal insurance, and benefits policies.
- Nurture relationships with partners, underwriters, and carriers.
- Provide technical expertise on commercial lines products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and complete timely filing of paperwork.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or producer experience.
- Active P&C and/or Life & Health license.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial lines insurance industry.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (DOE) + Commission.
