Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce applications to meet business process requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities using proven methodologies for timely project delivery and high-quality development practices.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications through continuous improvements and optimizations.
- Drive agile software development efforts and mentor team members on best practices for Salesforce development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of related experience in staff management, including experience leading Salesforce development and administration teams.
- Hands-on experience with design, coding, testing, and support for custom applications.
- Proficiency in Apex development, Salesforce Lightning, and system configuration.
- Experience working with Salesforce workflows, custom objects, validation rules, and dataloader.
- Project management experience with an ability to juggle multiple priorities using sound development practices.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling for Salesforce environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Platform Developer I.
- Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
