This is a Part-Time role, eligible for benefits, requiring 24 hours per week.

Schedule:

  • Wednesday: 10am – 5pm
  • Thursday: 12pm – 7pm
  • Friday: 10am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 12pm – 3pm (Only 4 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and assist residents in participating in activities.
  • Engage with residents on an individual basis outside of scheduled programs.
  • Record attendance and participation levels in activities.
  • Serve as a positive representative of our organization at all times.
  • Accompany residents on outings.
  • Exhibit courtesy and respect towards all residents, families, and staff.
  • Perform additional related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Assisted Living, Long Term Care, or Memory Care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
  • Creative skills in arts, crafts, and games.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear directions.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as walking, standing, and assisting residents.
