Quality Coordinator Job Description

Haskell is seeking a highly skilled Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate Quality Implementation Plans (QIPs) for assigned projects
  • Conduct design quality kick-off meetings and ensure design reviews are completed and signed off at 30 and 100%
  • Develop and implement quality risk management plans and conduct precons, first work in place inspections, and periodic inspections to ensure compliance with design documents
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and provide direction to ensure compliance with testing, inspection procedures, and results
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents deficiencies, and monitor the progress of deficiency correction
  • Participate in QIP audits and attend professional development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Certifications in quality assurance or related field (minimum of 2)
  • Ability to read and interpret building construction documentation and associated reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to travel to project sites (greater than 50% of time)
