  • Provide treatment for inpatients with medically complex, orthopedic, or neurological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with our therapy team to achieve evidence-based outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
  • Current Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Prior SNF experience a plus
  • Ability to work as a team player, be flexible, and have a positive attitude
