Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of relevant experience, or seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience, or a combination of education and experience.
Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a capacity to manage diverse variables in non-standardized situations.
- Ability to interpret various forms of instructions, including written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
