As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by physicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging procedures, such as echocardiograms and ultrasound exams, to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Diagnostic Echo Medical Sonography Program.
  • American Heart BLS certification obtained and maintained according to hospital policy.
