We are currently in search of an Associate Account Manager, Personal Insurance who will collaborate with our Sales Executives and Account Managers to deliver outstanding service to our clientele. What will your responsibilities include?

Your tasks will involve...

  • Supporting team members with general service tasks, such as processing coverage evidence, issuing auto ID cards, ordering policy endorsements, entering applications, assembling policy documentation, and verifying policy forms for accuracy.
  • Providing administrative assistance to staff and clients, which includes answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, managing mail, scheduling appointments, overseeing office supplies, and creating various documents and reports.
  • Maintaining electronic account files and effectively utilizing the agency management system in daily operations.
  • Adhering to agency and departmental protocols as established by management.
  • Ensuring confidentiality in handling sensitive information, including Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Continuously enhancing technical knowledge through newsletters, seminars, and educational resources.
  • Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Completing additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
