Salary and BenefitsThe starting salary for this role is $19.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision packages, an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching, and telemedicine options.
In addition, we provide PTO plans, plus company-paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law.
All team members 18 and over are eligible for our 401k program, with a company 3% match.
We also offer on-site medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age.
Free access to our on-site Team member Health and Well-Being Centers, plus Well-Being programs, tools and resources for you and your immediate family members are also available.
Furthermore, education assistance, certification reimbursement, and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library are provided to enhance your current skills and build new ones.

Job DescriptionThis Medication Aide role supports the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
You will assist residents in activities of daily living and implement their personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
Additional responsibilities include providing assistance with resident activities and programs, working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner, and administering medication to residents.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
A current certification for Medication Administration, as required by the state, is also necessary.
Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience and 1 year of Medication Administration experience are preferred, along with a current CPR certification.
