Dough Loader

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Loader to join our team at Panera Bread's Fresh Dough Facility. As a Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely loading of our trailers for deliveries to our cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading cabinets full of raw dough and produce into our trailers
• Working in refrigerated and non-refrigerated areas
• Following load plans for each route
• Ensuring consistently delicious products through rigorous procedures
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment that adheres to FDA's Good Manufacturing Practice regulations

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Successful employment experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Proven ability to work independently while performing a variety of production tasks
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting with an emphasis on quality, process control, and safety (preferred)
