Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination with healthcare teams.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama.
  • A diploma from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
