Seasonal Grain Elevator Specialist

**Job Summary**
New Vision Cooperative is seeking a skilled Seasonal Grain Elevator Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our grain elevators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process grain shipments, accurately weighing and grading grain to meet contract specifications.
- Load out grain according to contract specifications, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Maintain the facility, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize grain handling and storage processes.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in grain handling or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
