Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and creating a memorable experience for each and every one of them.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, public areas, and guest rooms.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Act as an advocate for the hotel, creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Develop relationships with guests to ensure their return and loyalty to our hotel.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including shampooing rooms and public spaces, as assigned.
  • Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.
  • Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar position.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
  • Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills.
  • Basic writing skills.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
