Job Title: Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Branford Realty Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our residents by consistently maintaining a high level of cleanliness in their apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean all surfaces in the apartment, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
  • Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
  • Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
  • Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and apartment
  • Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment

Qualifications:
  • Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
  • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
