About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment issues, including PLC programming and electrical distribution systems.
  • Perform installation and relocation of new equipment, and fabricate and install related trades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including the use of LOTO procedures.
  • Document maintenance and repair activities, and maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance history.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills, with experience in electrical distribution and machine controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, equipment manuals, and work orders.
  • Proficient in Office 360, JDE, and Coast software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
