Job Summary:
WorkSource Oregon is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients with debilitating conditions improve their ability to perform everyday tasks in the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve daily living skills, basic motor functions, and to compensate for any loss of function that may have occurred with the patient.
- Administer skilled care to clients and teach the family and other members of the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that services are performed in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state in which currently practicing.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience and Medicare home health experience.
