About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Place Warwick Providence Airport. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Ensure that all rooms are clean and tidy, and that all amenities are in working order
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
