Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and caring Certified Nursing Assistant to provide top-notch nursing care to post-acute residents in our partner facilities. As a CNA on our team, you will enjoy flexible scheduling and the ability to choose your own shifts, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to post-acute residents with respect and empathy
  • Support residents with daily living tasks such as eating, bathing, and grooming
  • Ensure resident health and safety by maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with resident transportation and movement within the facility, as needed
  • Record and report resident vital signs and update the nursing team on resident conditions
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
