About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric Clinical Therapist to join our team at Little Otter. As a mental health provider, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide teletherapy services to children ages 0-14 and their families using the Little Otter platform.
  • Conduct evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, and Parent Management Training.
  • Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting to ensure high-quality care and collaboration.
About You:

We are looking for a therapist who is:

  • Masters level, independently licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experienced in providing psychotherapy to children and families, with a demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders.
  • Bilingual-Spanish speaking is preferred.
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
  • Not opted out of Medicare.
  • Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services.
Schedule and Compensation:

We are looking for providers who can commit to 8-30 hours of clinical care per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You will also be required to attend a manager meeting for 30 minutes per week. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $65 per clinical session.
