Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Palm Harbor, FL.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation to handle motor vehicle liability cases, including trial prep, depositions, and in-court jury and bench trials. The ideal candidate will have excellent client service and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.

Responsibilities
  • Handle motor vehicle accident cases from start to finish, including trial prep and in-court appearances.
  • Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and provide excellent client service.
  • Interact with expert witnesses and prepare expert reports and affidavits.
  • Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs.
Qualifications
  • Law degree (J.D.) from a fully ABA accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 3+ years of PI litigation experience, preferably in motor vehicle liability.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial.
