Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation to handle motor vehicle liability cases, including trial prep, depositions, and in-court jury and bench trials. The ideal candidate will have excellent client service and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
Responsibilities- Handle motor vehicle accident cases from start to finish, including trial prep and in-court appearances.
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and provide excellent client service.
- Interact with expert witnesses and prepare expert reports and affidavits.
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs.
- Law degree (J.D.) from a fully ABA accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3+ years of PI litigation experience, preferably in motor vehicle liability.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial.
