We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Northwell Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to patients, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
• Collaborate with medical staff to recommend therapeutic diet modifications and supplemental feedings
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
• Contribute to menu development and standardization, ensuring patient food preferences are met
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
• Develop and deliver in-service training to culinary, food service, and interdisciplinary teams on therapeutic diets and nutrition-related topics

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Current Registered Dietitian Certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in clinical nutrition
