    Responsibilities


• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and interpret evaluations and test results to inform treatment plans.
• Design and implement home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care following discharge.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain secure records.
• Record treatment charges and complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Comply with applicable State Speech Therapy Practice Act, codes, and regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate from an ASHA-accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Current State Speech Therapist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to prioritizing patient needs and well-being.
