As a Barista and Host, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the financial goals of our hotel's daily operations. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, ensuring the highest quality of product and service standards to maximize revenues and profitability.
Responsibilities- Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, preferably with previous Barista experience.
- Be incredibly friendly, customer-centric, and love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.
- Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures, ensuring proper proportions and ingredients while controlling costs and providing a consistent product to guests.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency, setting up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner, following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform pre and post-shift side work, including stock, service station, and coffee preparation.
