Licensed Hand Therapy Specialist - Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
We are currently seeking a full-time therapist for our dynamic clinic.
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 available.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. PRN and part-time positions are also available.

Role Summary: Select Physical Therapy is in search of a dedicated Licensed Hand Therapy Specialist to manage a diverse range of upper extremity conditions, including tendon injuries, sprains/strains, and post-operative fractures. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in custom splinting and will thrive in a collaborative environment focused on orthopedic care.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, administer treatments, and ensure high-quality hand therapy services.
- Supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and maintain quality patient care.
- Foster positive relationships with facilities and clients, enhancing collaboration and communication.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program.
- Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy is required.
- National registration and state licensure are mandatory.
- Proven experience in custom splinting for pre and post-operative orthopedic cases.
- A minimum of two years in adult rehabilitation is essential.
- CPR certification and a valid state driver's license are required.
