We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OBGYN Clinic RN to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire required.
- Prior OB/Women's Health experience highly preferred.
