We are seeking a talented Solar O&M Monitoring Specialist to join our team and help power a sustainable future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar data acquisition systems, commercial solar systems, design of solar systems, or operating solar systems, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • In-depth monitoring of system performance and alerts across all monitoring systems and asset management software.
  • Diagnose root cause of monitoring system alerts and underperformance.
  • Administer, update, and edit Field Service Management Software (FSM) entries to ensure that field activities are properly logged and documented per Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Coordinate with internal team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate logistics and planning.
