Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a current California license and at least two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Outpatient settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and making a significant impact in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in Outpatient settings
  • Work collaboratively with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
Requirements:
  • Current California license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • At least two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Outpatient settings
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical and TB Records
  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Ability to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
